Minimum viable mapping (MVM)

MVM defines the smallest set of canonical fields that lets VMSagent publish a useful record to a VMS without forcing the user into “VMS form-filling” at intake. Platform pages show which fields are required, recommended, or tenant-specific.

Most programs fail in the gap between intent (“I need help”) and action (a VMS record). MVM keeps the user in a decision/diagnostic experience (Triage), then VMSagent completes the platform-specific requirements via (a) mapping profiles, (b) enrichment loops, or (c) tenant custom-field discovery.
